About me and my therapy practice
Therapy is a time and space in your week where you can talk to a professional about what is concerning you. If you are feeling low, anxious, or at a loss; if you are struggling with relationships and moods and would like to understand more about what is affecting you; if you feel like you don't know what is wrong and you would like someone to talk to, I provide a kind, non-judgmental and confidential space for you to be able to voice and work through your thoughts, feelings and experiences.
I am a qualified, experienced therapist practising psychodynamic psychotherapy, which is an inclusive type of therapy based in the principles of listening, considering and understanding. We would usually have two initial meetings together, to explore whether the therapy will feel right for you, before beginning ongoing sessions.
