About me and my therapy practice
Therapy is a time and space in your week where you can talk to a professional about what is concerning you.
If you are feeling low, anxious, or at a loss; if you are struggling with relationships and would like to understand more about what is affecting you; if you feel like you don't know what is wrong and you would like someone to talk to, I provide a safe and confidential space for you to voice and understand your thoughts, feelings and experiences.
I practise psychodynamic psychotherapy in Bristol. My clinical experience covers working in particular with issues around anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, relationships, family, identity, and later life.
If you would like to know more about how I work and how therapy could work for you, you are welcome to contact me. We would usually have two initial meetings together, to explore whether the therapy will feel right for you, before beginning ongoing sessions.
