I value the therapeutic relationship that can be built between counsellor and client with focus and respect for each clients uniqueness, their different life story - and the many ways that their story may be communicated.

I have had a variety of experience and have worked with people of all ages, with children, teenagers, adults and couples, all who might be going through difficult phases in their life or have ongoing problems and concerns ... and within different settings, including counselling agencies, the National Health Service, primary and secondary schools, bereavement charities, Employment Assistance Programs and in private practice.

My purpose built office which is private and pleasant is a place in which I hope clients will find a safe environment where issues my be shared confidentially.

My Therapeutic approach has evolved over the years and my psychodynamic theory has now broadened out to include many therapeutic strands that I incorporate for the good of my clients ... and I have undertaken training in hypnotherapy to enhance my current practise.
