About me and my therapy practice

Life can be a relentless struggle in which we feel stuck, helpless and unhappy. Talking can often help make sense of our patterns of behaviour and relationships, past and present. I am an experienced therapist with over 14 years practice and training in the NHS and now work privately face-to-face and on zoom/teams.

Practice description

I work with a range of symptoms and issues and provide a safe and confidential space in which to listen, think and explore with you at a deeper level what may be going on and why. I work with individuals across a range of ages, ethnicities, nationalities and socio-economic backgrounds.
