About me and my therapy practice
I work with clients facing many challenges, including anxiety, relationship issues, panic disorder, childhood and adult abuse, depression, bereavement, Trauma and work related issues.
We will work together helping you understand what's happening inside and how the world impacts your feelings and perspectives without the use of professional jargon!!
I describe myself as friendly a good listener, non judgmental with compassion. I provide a safe confidential private practice, and offer both long and short-term counselling.
People have questions about counselling or selecting a counsellor: When is the right time? What can it help me with? How do I find the right counsellor?
From my perspective, Counselling is a process where we can change our internal sense of self to enjoy and engage more with the world.
