About me and my therapy practice
What I offer
I offer you a safe, reflective and supportive space where we can explore and consider the issues that are affecting you. I will actively listen to you and understand your world and experiences. I believe you are the only expert on your life, it is you who knows what hurts and what is important to you. I offer a warm and sensitive approach, free from judgment, where you will feel accepted and understood. I believe you have within you the resources for change. We will work together to find what works best for you. Through this you will gain a heightened sense of awareness and engage more fully in life.
Type of Therapy
I am trained in using several approaches, which allows me to tailor sessions to your individual needs. My main models of therapy are CBT, Psychodynamic and Humanistic based approaches.
£70 per 50 minute session
Outline of Therapy
Once you make contact with me, we will decide on a mutually convenient day and time to have an initial consultation. This may be over one or two sessions and will be a chance for us to explore what has brought you to therapy. From this, we can then devise a treatment plan together.
