About me and my therapy practice

I have over twenty years broad ranging experience as a Counsellor/Psychotherapist, having worked both privately and for a number of external organisations during that time. I aim to provide therapy in a warm and confidential environment, helping you to explore your situation and your feelings better, and to make changes in your life - if that's what you want to do. I am a Senior Accredited Counsellor with the BACP and also provide supervision to other therapists.

My first session

I suggest you come for an initial meeting in the first instance, so that you can tell me what you want from counselling and I can assess if I feel that I can help you. I charge the normal sessional fee (£60) for the initial meeting.
