About me and my therapy practice
I am a fully qualified BACP Accredited Counsellor, BABCP Accredited Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist and trained in EMDR. I have nearly 10 years’ experience working as a psychotherapist in NHS settings and from treating of a wide range of anxiety and depression related problems.
I am committed to providing therapy in a confidential, non-judgmental space. My approach to therapy is warm but down to earth. I aim to work collaboratively with people toward achieving their goals.
I work with adults and young people. I am willing to work on a short term basis or on a longer term for more complex problems.
