About me and my therapy practice

Choosing to go for counselling/ therapy can be a difficult but positive decision. It can however bring feelings of anxiety, hopes and fears so finding the right person to work with is important.

I have a diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy and am a trained supervisor with several years experience. I am a trained nurse and worked as a Specialist Nurse and manager within the NHS and have extensive experience in working within the areas of loss, bereavement and health issues.

I also have considerable experience in working with stress, anxiety and depression.

Practice description

My normal practice hours are Monday - Friday 9.30am - 7.30pm
