I work in private practice Monday 12-8pm and Wednesdays 11-8pm.

About me and my therapy practice

I am an experienced BACP Accredited Psychodynamic Counsellor, Until July 2022 I worked as a lead counsellor in a large local independent school for 6 years as well as with private clients. I provide a safe, ethical and professional practice. I work with adolescents through to adults of all ages. I believe in working with my clients to discover the changes that they would like to experience in their lives, find how to create those changes and to support them in a non judgmental confidential space. I offer short term, long term or open ended contracts.

My first session

In our initial consultation we will discuss what has brought you to seeking support and therapy at this time. We will discuss our contract and all aspects of payment, regularity of sessions and what happens regarding missed and cancelled sessions.
