About me and my therapy practice

I work as Psychotherapeutic Counsellor. I offer a wide range of psychotherapy, dealing with various issues including depression, loss, anxiety and low self-esteem.

My approach is Integrative Counselling and draw on different therapeutic models to meet the need of individual client.

Therapy offers you the opportunity to discuss what is difficult to share elsewhere in a safe and confidential environment.

My therapeutic relationship build with you as a client is based on respect, empathic understanding, openness and trust.

I offer weekly short-term and long-term open ended therapy.

I abide by the Ethical Framework for Good Practice in Counselling and Psychotherapy of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP); UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP).
