Individual and couple counselling offered.

Please refer to the information below and my website www.harmoniouscounselling.com for full details.

I provide a space for you as an individual or couple in a confidential setting away from day to day life where you are listened to and heard.  My role is to help you process your thoughts and feelings and to enable you to have a greater understanding of your life patterns, choices and challenges.

I am a BACP accredited empathic, down-to-earth, real, insightful and knowledgeable counsellor / psychotherapist. I feel my greatest strength is being able to put people at ease no matter what the issue.

I am integratively trained which, in short, means I incorporate a range of different approaches which I adapt to suit your needs.

I am registered as a psychotherapist / counsellor with AXA PPP, Aviva and Vitalityhealth.

I offer concessions for counselling students - my training is Clarkson 5 Relationship Model.

Practice description

I work from a first floor office in a Business Centre off the Portsmouth Road in Ripley.

Access is via a communal door and then straight up a flight of stairs (no lift).  There is no reception / waiting room and there is no contact with anyone else so confidentiality is ensured.

My office has an assigned parking space for convenient parking.

My first session

It is always a pleasure to meet new client(s) in an initial sesssion and put a face to a name(s).

Individual counselling:-  On arrival I will briefly go through confidentiality and then I lead with a few questions which lets me know a bit about yourself and what brings you to counselling.  This is an opportunity for you to ask me any questions and for us to discuss how we would work together moving forward.   This initial session is complimentary for individuals.

Couple counselling:-  You will have already emailed me back your pre-assessment forms so this initial session is held in the here-and-now looking at what you both want from your relationship and discussing how we will help you get there.  This initial session is £30 due to pre-assessment work.
