About me and my therapy practice

I work with adult clients on psychological, interpersonal and health issues, such as depression, anxiety, and relationship difficulties. I am particularly experienced in working in the areas of bereavement, addiction, postnatal counselling, and parent-child and couple issues as well as emotional difficulties. At present, I work a couple of days as part of a psycho-oncology support team at a London NHS trust, providing psychological support to cancer patients and their families and friends. I work on both a time-limited and open-ended basis.

I am a counsellor, a registered member of the BACP. Initially trained at The Tavistock and Portman NHS Trust and then at New School of Psychotherapy and Counselling where I am completing the final part of a doctorate in Counselling Psychology.

I am an experienced practitioner and have over 20 years working with children, young people and families. I am passionate about empowering clients in creative ways. I work predominantly from an existential-phenomenological approach.
