About me and my therapy practice
Hello and welcome to my counselling profile. I provide therapy from my summer house situated within my garden, this enables a therapeutic space with complete privacy and confidentiality.
I am qualified to practice person centred therapy and cognitive behavioural therapy which work very well combined or individually, tailoring to suit on a person by person basis, in addition I participate in regular personal development and training which enables me to bring new skills to my therapy.
I work under the name of Butterfly Counselling as I feel this incorporates the essence of therapy by providing support to you for growth and change.
I am happy to assist you further with any information so please contact me.
