About me and my therapy practice

Dear You

I sense it must have taken a lot for you to seek someone to share your journey of change. You may be suffering from concerns such as, anger, anxiety, grief, depression, low self-esteem, low self-worth, identity, self-harming, suicidal tendencies, experiencing abuse, difficulty in your relationships, sexuality, co-workers, or just unsure of how you are feeling? This could be anybody’s journey, male, female, couple, young person, lbtq+, etc. Congratulations, for taking the first step!

As an accredited person-centered Therapist, I consider myself to be a non-judgemental, sensitive, respectful, genuine, and compassionate woman, who genuinely wants to connect with her clients. I work with individuals and couples including, traditional, parents, parent and child, siblings etc., and from all lifestyles on topics including sex, culture, ethnicity, morality, career and sexuality.

Therapy is so empowering and allows you time to turn your awareness to how, why you feel, how you do. It also helps you to come to terms with aspects of self, to enable healing and/or at least understanding!

I pride myself to giving you the space to explore emotional intimacy on a deeper level. Where you can express your feelings without feeling inhibited.

I am blessed to have a diverse practice and welcome everyone in the light we can set the seed of change.

I humbly look forward to offering you a 30 minutes introductory session. When you make contact, please advise your ideal day/time and I will do my best to work with you.

I continue to attend CPD workshops in a bid to keep my practice up to date and informed.

Currently a volunteer Administrator (charity) for Nursing Home.

My first session

I hold a free of charge 1/2 hour introductory room. This gives us the time to realize whether we are the right fit to work with each other!
