About me and my therapy practice

I work with individuals with a wide range of presenting problems, such as anxiety, stress, loss, addictions, relationship difficulties and lack of self esteem.

In a safe, private and confidential space, I offer the opportunity to be able to talk about your thoughts and feelings in order to facilitate in depth understanding and growth into becoming the unique person that you are.

My speciality is working with rites of passage and life cycles.

I offer Assessment, Brief Therapy (6-12 sessions) Counselling, Psychotherapy and Jungian Analysis.
