My style of counselling is warm, down-to-earth and rooted in the person-centred approach. I also use Internal Family Systems (IFS) with people who are interested in that method. If you are interested in working together, we can arrange a free initial conversation on the phone. This is an opportunity to see if you feel comfortable with me and my approach, and to ask any questions you may have. I set aside around 30 minutes for an initial conversation.
