About me and my therapy practice
I am a narrative practitioner, Registered Member of British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy, ACA Professional Member (Level 2), HKPCA Certified Counsellor based in Hong Kong.
I believe our lives are multistoried. The problem is not the person, and do not indicate the worth of the person. I am thankful to all persons who are willing to share their life stories, wishes to explore forgotten or ignored episodes when reauthoring the stories together, and explore local knowledge in response to the problems. I am committed to apply narrative therapy (narrative practice) in video counselling with people who have different special education needs, sexuality, ethnicities or multicultural backgrounds. I have experiences to work with person who have problems of addiction, emotion management, bereavement, family relationship, parenting and partnership, life and career planning, on-going trauma.
I have worked extensively in counselling and therapy with adults and young people with different ethnicity, sexual orientation, religious and cultural background and have experience of working with a wide range of issues.
I offer session in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
I offer session on Weekdays and Saturday.

It will be a space for you to ask any questions you may have about me or the counselling process. It is also a time for me to understand what you are looking for in counselling and to get an idea of how you are.
