About me and my therapy practice
I have worked as a counsellor in private practice, for BUPA, EAPs, private companies and charitable organisations. I work flexibly, but mainly as a person-centred and existential counsellor. I also incorporate NLP, mindfulness and Brief-Solution-Focussed Therapy into my work.
My aim is to help people to live a better and happier life and I offer a safe place for individuals and couples to explore their issues in a compassionate and supportive setting. If you feel you would like to make some changes or that your life has lost its direction or purpose, I can help. If you are struggling with work place or relationship issues, anger, depression or anxiety, I can help you find a path that will work for you. Please visit my website or counselling blog for further information.
Sessions are £45 for individuals (£35 for the first session). You can book a block of 6 and pay for only 5 (£225).
Couples sessions are £60
