About me and my therapy practice
I am a qualified and experienced Person-Centred Psychotherapist/Counsellor, I have worked with clients dealing with a wide range of issues. Including bereavement, depression, anxiety, abuse, relationship issues and many more.
I believe in the importance of feeling truly heard and understood, which can be difficult to achieve within our own relationships. This is why I strive to create an environment so that you, as the client, feel able to share and explore any issues that are concerning you without fear of judgement and within a confidential space. The pace is set by yourself, without any pressure to disclose or explore areas that you are not comfortable with.
In my experience, through forming this honest, genuine and trusting relationship the client can often find the resources and answers they are seeking.
I appreciate how daunting the process of finding a counsellor can be, therefore please do not hesitate to get in touch if you would like further information or have any questions. If I am not available, I will endeavour to get back in contact within 48 hours.
