About me and my therapy practice

I believe we're all unique and we all have different experiences growing up and in our adult lives, there is no 'normal'. By exploring how you feel and your experiences you can begin to understand what your life means to you. For example, if anxiety has taken over your life we can explore where this has come from and what the triggers may be for your anxiety and panic alongside look at coping skills for you.

Sharing your thoughts and feelings with someone outside of your life is a key benefit. Counselling gives you the opportunity to explore and change your own thoughts, feelings and responses. By working together we can put the puzzle pieces together to help you develop your self worth, change how you feel and see long lasting positive change in your life. When you're curious and explore how you feel you'll gain a greater depth of understanding of yourself and with this comes change.
