I am there to listen and sit with you in working through what is going on for you.

Practice description

My practice is based in Loughton Essex. I am fairly flexible with bookings and have a central booking resource if you find that easier.

My first session

The first session can be an hour and a half depending on individual needs. When we first speak, all conditions are sent to you to ensure you are aware and we can talk through prior to first session and any commitment.
