About me and my therapy practice
I provide a space for you to get away from the world and work on yourself with no judgment and full commitment.
Use the space to overcome difficulties in your life, address behaviours or patterns that make you unhappy and replace them to benefit yourself or use the space to offload and recharge ready for the week ahead.
I will adapt to people individual needs as best i can to provide the best service i can.
Each session is tailored to your
individual needs. At the same time, if
you prefer to be challenged and feel
you need that extra push to make
progress then I can also work that
My first session
The first session is all about testing the waters, can we work together and do you feel comfortable having me as your counsellor.
The first session does not have be about getting right into the problems you're facing, it can be a relaxed session for you to figure out if im the right choice for you.
I will lay out some of the rules which i abide by that are in line with the BACP such as confidentiality and risk factors which i can discuss with you more in depth during the first session.
