About me and my therapy practice

It can be difficult knowing what it is you want from counselling so I offer a free 30-minute introductory appointment to discuss the best approach for you. I’m a registered counsellor with several years’ experience working with clients including carers, students, survivors of abuse, the homeless and many others. I also have extensive experience coaching. My approach is to work with you in an open, supportive, non-judgemental and flexible way to help you understand what is happening in your life and so help you find your own direction.
