About me and my therapy practice
I have a foundation degree in person centred counselling and have been practising bereavement support since Feb 2019.
I have used and am available for online sessions utilising “Zoom”.
I offer a judgement and assumption free environment where we can explore your reasons for approaching counselling in a client led approach.
What you choose to bring to the session is entirely up to yourself and I hope we can form an honest, co-created and meaningful relationship on these foundations.
I currently have a room I can rent for face to face sessions in Seaford however, depending on distance, I am willing to travel to a desired location. (This room is currently unavailable due to the current government restrictions.)
There may be a travel fee if the distance and travel time is significant.
BACP do not promote or endorse the provision of face-to-face therapy during the current crisis. Where face-to-face therapy is offered, this is at the discretion of individual practitioners.
My first session
Our first session will be 50 minutes but, due to our contracting and discussions on sessions and the time this requires, an extra 15 minutes may be needed.
