My first session

Right from the start I am focused on listening, our sessions encourages learning from experience, collaboration, and knowing your limitations at any given time.

For some working in private practice ,working as a counsellor or health social care professional can be isolating. Having regular supervision enables you to receive support.

I believe in fostering a positive reflective working relationship between supervises and supervisor.

This is not a space to explore personal issues and sessions aims to keep personal exploration separate and neutral. My aim in session is to improve the quality of your work and resolve specific dilemmas and barriers.

Using systemic and formal evidence based processes to enable you to be stretched whilst offering feedback.
