About me and my therapy practice

My fee is £50 per counselling session with some genuine concessions available i.e.students. I am BACP registered member with a degree and diploma in counselling including many years experience in this field. I offer early morning, daytime and evening appointments to suit. I work from a home office in the SO31 Warsash area. At the moment I am offering virtual sessions ie WhatsApp video, FaceTime, Skype, Face2Face including a hybrid approach too if more suitable. I work with a range of client issues, dependant upon what the client decides to bring into the confidential counselling session. I work in a warm, genuine, holistic, non-judgmental and empathic way which helps enable clients to feel more comfortable and engaged during the session. I also help clients manage their stress levels better and improve upon their work/life balance, if applicable. I continue to update and enhance my various skills by attending counselling workshops and courses. I enjoy my client work enormously which in turn helps clients move forward with their presenting issues.
