About me and my therapy practice
I offer integrative counselling whereby I utilise a range of techniques to help you navigate through your thoughts and feelings to arrive at a place of greater clarity, acceptance, and personal growth. Together we can explore belief patterns with the aim of re-discovering your true self on the path to internal strength and resilience.
I offer a free 20 min consultation for us to get to know each other, gain an initial idea of your needs and answer any questions. I know how daunting this first step can be, but I aim to provide a safe and non-judgemental space for us to explore how we can work together.
My first session
When you contact me by phone, text or email, I will endeavour to get back to you quickly and schedule a free 20 minute consultation. This is a good opportunity for us to get to know each other. If we agree to work together, we can schedule the first session.
Counselling sessions are 50-60 minutes every week or fortnightly depending on your needs.
