About me and my therapy practice
If you feel that talking to someone may help you, please contact me and we can arrange a free initial meeting. It may help you decide if counselling is appropriate for you now and importantly, if I am the right counsellor for you.
I offer daytime and evening appointments for individuals and couples. I have experience working with many issues, stress, anxiety, loss, relationships & addiction are just some of these. I am a member of the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy) I have also worked within the NHS and in the voluntary sector.
My counselling approach is based on Person Centered Therapy. I will listen to you without judgement, I will hear your concerns in a safe, confidential and caring environment and together we will look at how you want to move forward at a pace that feels right for you. By taking time for yourself in a counselling relationship you may find acceptance and a way forward of your choosing.
