About me and my therapy practice
I welcome clients who want to understand or make a bit more sense of the challenges they're facing. Obstacles in life can leave us feeling stuck, invisible, alone or lost in our struggles to succeed. I am a strong believer in the therapeutic potential of being truly understood, seen and heard. With the right conditions, I have no doubt that you can be empowered to find your own answers and triumph over difficulties with honesty, compassion and acceptance. I will work alongside you through discomfort, whether facing confusion, frustration, fear or loneliness. Offering safety and support in a bright, comforting environment, my hope is that we will get to a place where you can feel more content with yourself and where you're going.
We can work online during this time of social distancing using Zoom on laptop/pc or via WhatsApp video call on mobile devices.
Face-to-face sessions are held at The Cornish Therapy Centre, Forth Noweth, Redruth, TR15 1AU, following covid-secure health & safety measures as outlined by the government.
