About me and my therapy practice

I have worked in a wide range of environments for over 32 years, the NHS, a Women's Prison, the voluntary sector and my own practice, experiencing a wide range of client issues including running Anxiety and Depression Groups and facilitating survivors of sexual violence groups. I have worked with most issues in one to one sessions. In addition to Counselling training I have 7 years Psychotherapy training (Transactional Analysis) which works well with all client issues helping you to make changes quickly.

I am "down to earth" enabling clients to relax, feel comfortable, letting us make a connection which creates a safe working relationship.
