About me and my therapy practice
If you are seeking a happier, healthier, more resilient life, I can help you. Responding sensitively to your individual needs, I provide a relaxed, welcoming space in which you can explore whatever is important to you, at your own pace. My aim is to help you live to your potential, by overcoming difficulties and harnessing the natural resources within you through which to support your own resilience and quality of life. Research shows that when you are accepted for who you are by a skilled therapist you can trust, real growth occurs.
I am a integrative (person centred-gestalt) therapist. This means I view you as the expert of your life and will relate to you in a manner than enables you to experience trust, safety and a sense of being understood. Our relationship will reflect your uniqueness, honouring the relationship between your mental, emotional, physical and spiritual wellbeing. Where appropriate to your wish and need I integrate reiki, Breath Perception® and relaxation techniques giving you tools with which to turn down stress and switch on relaxation, supporting peace of mind in daily life.
