About me and my therapy practice
My name is Jenny Hersey and I am a qualified humanistic/integrative counsellor. I am an approachable, compassionate therapist who's aim is to provide a safe, secure environment for my clients. I draw from a wide range of counselling knowledge and skills. (psychodynamic, cognitive behaviour therapy and person centred therapy)
This enables me to offer diverse counselling sessions to fully meet the needs of a person. My primary way of working is humanistically.
I am a member of The British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy and work within their ethical framework. I am also working towards accreditation.
