I am available on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays during the day and I offer evening sessions on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
Walk and talk sessions are scheduled during daylight hours.
I have occasional availability on Saturday morning too.
About me and my therapy practice
I work in a person-centred way online or walking and talking. I have a background in education and business. My focus is to make you feel fully heard. I am a coach in training too.
I specialise in supporting people going through a major life transition. I work with the LGBTQIA community.
I also offer counselling in French.
We can speak on the phone, on WhatsApp or Zoom.
If you prefer a face to face option I offer walk and talk counselling. We go for a walk in an agreed location and talk on the way, Walking is proven to decrease negative thoughts. and boost feel good hormones.
In difficult circumstances we try to hold it together, but sometimes it is not possible anymore. Maybe you are feeling stuck in a bad place, unable to find purpose, lacking enjoyment. Maybe you have developed unhelpful ways of coping. Managing change and life transitions successfully is difficult. Do not be discouraged, I can give you a helping hand!
There is hope. In a safe and confidential space, we can explore together what is holding you back. I offer to truly listen and a genuine human connection.

The first session will take place on the phone. It is an opportunity to get to know each other and see if we are a good fit to work together.
I will explain to you how I work in term of confidentiality, payments, cancellations and answer your questions about therapy.
For walk and talk therapy we can discuss the chose location, equipment, weather considerations and any questions you may have.
