About me and my therapy practice

I work with a particular emphasis on diversity from a "7 eyed model" perspective. (Hawkins and Shohet 2012). As a disabled supervisor myself, I bring a depth of awareness to supervision around diversity and equality issues that focuses on imbalances of power and the phenomenology of the work you are doing.

My first session

The first session will be a getting to know each other session, assessing your needs against my experience. You will be able to discuss with me what my experience has given me that informs my way of working and we will be able to forge a general plan of how the sessions to follow might flow.
