About me and my therapy practice
We can all be challenged or go through difficulties in our lives. At times we may become stressed, anxious, experience profound unhappiness or suffer a great loss.
Counselling provides a protected and boundaried space in which to bring and work through these experiences. In a counselling session, you will be heard, by a trained professional, in strict confidence and without being judged.
I am a Humanistic Integrative Counsellor, offering time-limited and open-ended therapy. I see clients, ranging from young adults to retirees, for all general needs counselling. I also offer an EAP service and specialise in loss and bereavement.
I am educated to degree level in Philosophy and Theology and I welcome people from all faiths and none, in my practice. I am from a diverse cultural, racial and social background, myself and I welcome people from the rich variety of world-views and backgrounds that exist in our world.
