I offer a new style to therapy and cater to people of all ages, backgrounds and from all walks of life just like yourself.

With my experiences and expertise, I am able to give you the best possible journey through therapy. I support people by providing short and long-term counselling, psychotherapy, CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) and couples counselling.

I regularly attend supervision and professional training/workshops as part of my continuous professional development and growth as a practitioner.
