About me and my therapy practice
I am a BACP accredited counsellor who has trained in Supervision through COSCA (2007) and conversant with dynamics that can emerge in the therapy process.
I graduated from my Counselling Diploma (Psychodynamic) course in 2006 when I was in my 40's and established my Private Practice in 2007.
I provide Supervision to qualified Counsellors, Psychotherapists and Counselling Psychologists. I also provide Supervision of Supervision.
I have a particular interest in working with qualified School Counsellors.
The focus of the supervision will be on the therapists's practice and any other relevant issues. I offer supervision that is collaborative, respectful and supportive.
It is intended to offer the therapist a constructive space to examine practice and grow as a therapist.
My speciality is working with Transference and Countertransference, Unconscious Processes, Parallel Process and Attachment Theory (Adverse Childhood Experiences)
I work creatively to help with the Supervisory process.
