About me and my therapy practice
I am offering be offering sessions online, by telephone or face-to-face in a Covid-19 secure setting .
I am a qualified and fully registered psychodynamic psychotherapist in private practice, with experience working in the NHS and the charitable sector, I have worked and continue to work with diverse group of clients. I provide a safe, confidential and non-judgemental space to explore what might be troubling you or preventing you in experiencing your life fully. People seek therapy many reasons including anxiety, bereavement, depression, low self-esteem, self-development, stress, relationship or work issues and trauma.
Difficult experiences in the past can affect our feelings and the way in which we experience our lives now. My approach is to work with you to explore your emotions and behaviours in order to help you understand yourself and your internal world and, via the therapeutic relationship, gain insight into your relationship with yourself and with others.
My first session
Therapy starts with a 50-minute commitment-free initial consultation to find out more about you, what you are dealing with at the moment, and to see how therapy could work for you.
Practical matters such as fees and the framework are also discussed.
The fee for this initial consultation is £80.
