About me and my therapy practice
I offer a safe, supportive space in which you can explore your concerns. I will listen to you with warmth, with empathy and with no judgement. Through a therapeutic relationship with me, you can explore what is going on for you and I will support you in working out how to overcome your difficulties. I hope that by listening and truly hearing you, I can help you to find your own answers to the struggles you face.
I am an experienced counsellor working with a variety of clients with a wide range of issues.
I am an Accredited member of the BACP and I undertake regular clinical supervision.
I am currently working both online and in person. I work in a clinic in Lewes which meets covid safety requirements. I am happy to offer an initial phone call to discuss this. I am also working outdoors with people that may prefer to 'walk and talk' rather than being inside.
