About me and my therapy practice
My experience includes counselling both adults and young people and I have a particular interest (and training) in individuals who are suffering, or have suffered, narcissistic abuse and individuals with neurological disorders or brain injury. I also have experience working with adults and young people with a range of mental health issues (see below; What I can help with) and have also practised in a GP surgery and with various charities.
Practice descriptionEach session is 50 minutes. Confidentiality is an important factor of counselling and whilst our sessions are online (via zoom), it is important that you are in a quiet and confidential space without interruptions.

Our free of charge “introductory” reduced session (usually around 10 - 20 minutes) gives us the opportunity to meet, to see if you would like to work with me, and to discuss what you would like to talk about and what you would like to achieve from your counselling.
