About me and my therapy practice

I have extensive experience of counselling survivors of Domestic Violence, childhood abuse, emotional abuse, finical abuse, online abuse and sexual violence, narcissistic abuse, car accidents, hospital trauma, difficult childbirth, veterans, work related abuse and Traumatic experiences. Eating disorders  Phobias and DID

I specialise in supporting survivors of abuse, and have expertise in anxiety, depression and PTSD. Clients bring a wide range of presenting life issues - having someone to talk to and work through the trauma-related symptoms can alleviate distress and empower your life.

Counselling is a healing relationship, where you will feel supported to face difficult changes. Self-esteem and confidence can be affected by life’s troubles but we can work together to improve this.

Practice description

Counselling is a commitment to yourself; a place to grow and feel motivated to change. In my practice, I work therapeutically with both men and women who have been abused as children and adults. I help them to find a greater sense of safety and security and start on the road to recovery.

To help you decide if I am the right person to help you, I offer an initial 50-minute session so you can meet me and ask any questions. We will then decide together what your goals are, and how we will continue.
