About me and my therapy practice
Maybe you are feeling anxious, unhappy, bewildered and unsure where to turn. I offer you the opportunity, through counselling, to explore your worries and concerns to help you gain a better understanding of yourself and your feelings.This in turn can enable you to feel in a more self-confident and resilient place in your life. It can make all the difference in how you approach lifes 'ups' and 'downs', seeing the choices you have and enabling you to be more decisive.
I understand that life can feel difficult and challenging at times, perhaps through life circumstances, complicated relationships with others, difficulties at work or home, or from grief and loss. I will offer you a caring, non-judgemental, respectful and honest relationship where I can give you the time and space to be heard and understood and through this connection the opportunity to change.
Please call or email me to have a free 15 minute telephone consultation where I can explain further about the counselling which I offer. Then if we both feel that it is something you would like to continue with we can arrange our first session together. Usually the sessions will then continue each week on the same day and at the same time.
