About me and my therapy practice

I work as an Integrative Child & Adult Psychotherapist (since 2006) working with children, adolescents, adults, families and couples in my private practice.  I have also had a successful career setting up and practicing counselling & supervision services for many years in middle schools, teaching in the field of Counselling and Psychotherapy (2008-2019) as Lecturer/Course Director of the Access to HE Diploma in Counselling at the West Suffolk College in Bury St. Edmunds and the Head of Counselling & Supervision of the Women’s Aid Centre in Bury St. Edmunds (2008-2018).

I also counsel and supervise counsellors, both trainees and qualified as well as pastoral staff of organisations locally. I am an accredited creative youth well-being and mindfulness coach too. I enjoy studying and research in my professional field and strive to keep my Continuing Professional Development record current and attend workshops regularly as well as undertaking qualifications that aid and are relevant to my work. I have been a member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists since 2007, becoming Accredited in 2009 and Senior Accredited in 2015. I hold many qualifications related to my work including a BA (Hons) Level (1st Class) in Professional Studies (Integrative Counselling & Psychotherapy). I plan to continue with my studies as a Post Graduate.
