About me and my therapy practice
I have 20 years of professional experience and offer a safe, confidential space for self-exploration in the centre of Bath. Psychology has long known that the way we think and feel about ourselves profoundly affects our moods, our sense of self-worth and how we deal with life. As a therapist I aim to help you gain a deeper understanding and awareness of your thoughts, feelings and behaviours that operate outside your conscious attention. Once we are more aware of our inner self we can make lasting changes for the better.
