Are you a parent that's worried about your child or teenager? Are you a young person yourself that's struggling? 

I am a fully qualified integrative counsellor working exclusively with young people aged 11-21 years old. I work from premises in Longfield and in Sevenoaks. 

I am calm and compassionate, and l'm told l am easy to talk to. I tailor my way of working to suit the individual needs of the young person - some young people are happy to sit and talk, whereas others can find this quite difficult and would prefer to do something creative, choose an activity or play a game.

I have many years experience working with children and young people. Before training as a counsellor l've worked in SEN schools, in a nursery and as a support worker for children with additional needs. Whilst training as a counsellor l volunteered in the busy counselling department as a local college, which l thoroughly enjoyed. I'm also a parent of young people myself! 

I have experience working with many types of anxiety, low mood, lack of motivation, self harm, bullying, self esteem, intrusive thoughts, gender identity, relationship/ friendship issues,  ASD/ ADHD and many other areas.
