About me and my therapy practice

I will work alongside you, my client, without judgement. We can roadmap your therapy journey together. Your personal aims and needs will drive the direction of our sessions. We can agree on appropriate check-ins and timely reviews to ensure you get what you need. I will use my training and experience to be your guide on this journey of self discovery.

Practice description

I offer a private and comfortable contained environment with empathy and understanding. I hope to build a secure sense of trust in my relationship with you, that in-turn will allow you to lower psychological defences, in order to explore the root cause of your issues. My work is moving predominantly online from Jan 2024 whilst I relocate.

My first session

First sessions are assessment based, a chance for you and I to get to know each other and for you to see if I am the right therapist for you. This session will be online and 50 - 60 minutes in length and free of charge.
