About me and my therapy practice

I have over 25 years experience working in the field of mental health. I have worked in a variety of settings including: The NHS, MIND and for the past 15 years in Educational establishments supporting students with mental health problems. I have particular expertise in exploring psychological blocks to achieving personal goals. You may have a very clear idea about what is wrong or something maybe troubling you that is hard to put into words. I can work with you to help you find better ways of coping and managing your life.

I offer face to face counselling as well as zoom and telephone counselling
