Practice description

During the course of the sessions I will help the client reassess their coping skills, (how they deal with problems, change relationships, work etc) and how they might approach these challenges more effectively.

My first session

Assessment session to discuss their issues and explore if this is appropriate for counselling.

It would be a 50 minute hour.

Discuss confidentiality and ethical framework and a way forward if they want to continue or options if not.
