About me and my therapy practice

I am a counsellor and therapist with over 25 years experience, during which time I have helped individuals with a wide range of issues. My training was in humanistic, transpersonal and focusing-oriented approaches, and now I work as an integrative therapist combining everything I have ever learnt. Good listening and an embodied dialogue that embraces feeling and thinking come first. I see individuals and couples, both short-term and long-term, usually on a weekly basis.
